1860 folded envelope from Constantinopoli to Chios bearing label “Porto-Piastre” with ms. 1 ½ Piaster tied by boxed “P.P./Anchor” very clear. Greek maritime agency´s cachet in blue on top left. Usual file folds not affecting label or cancellation, some toned spots, fine and very scarce. Certificate TOPS
