1938, Scholars 5 S., imprimatur proof block, at the bottom margin signature by Gustav Jallas and seal as Director of the Estonian Postal Service, dated April 20, 1938. Separate printing for the imprimatur/approval by Jallajas, before the printing of the postage stamps, there is no horizontal marginal bar at the bottom margin yet, mint never hinged, very fine (Hurt/Ojaste G:1)
