JACQUARD: Entire letter franked with Siège 20 c., tied by star cancel with adjacent "PARIS (60) 24 NOV. 70" to Lanmeur with transit mark of Morlaix and arrival mark of December 24. The 'Jacquard' came into a heavy storm and was taken to Scilly Isles at the south shore of England and most mail bags ended in the Atlantic Sea.
