1891, Insufficiently prepaid double rate letter sent December 9th from Manistee (USA) to Jönköping. The letter was prepaid 5 cents=25 centimes, from March 1888 the conversion table was 0,80 öre per 1 centime. Double the missing postage the postage due became 50x 0,80 = 40 öre.
