KOTELNICHUESKY: 1906, 5 k. blue tied by cds. "КОТЕЛЬНИЧ 6.5.15" together with three singles Russia Coat of arms 10k. with cds "КОТЕЛЬНИЧЪ -6.5.15" to reverse of double-weight registered cover to the Viatka court, a very rare mixed franking as this combination with 30k. is only possible during a short lived period of the tariff from 21st. September 194, less than 10 covers recorded, somewhat shortened at right, otherwise fine
KOZLOV: Numbered offical letter bearing on reverse the (broken) free-frank paper seal of the Kozlov District Police Authority addressed to the local Zemstvo administration, a rare and interesting document related to the activities of the Kozlov Zemstvo administration, certificate Terry Pge (2013)
KRASNYI: 1912, 3 k. multi-coloured, block of 12 from the upper sheet margin seperated by gutter and printed as tête-bêche, mint never hinged, some minor adherence and imperfections, a rare and attractive item (Chuchin-Nr. 11)
OSA: 1893, 4k. reddish brown / light-brown bisected diagonnally to pay for the single local rate, tied by oval Zemstvo postmark to local cover, scarce, fine and attractive (Schmidt 7)
PETROZAVODSK: 1908, 2k. orange vertically bisected and used as 1k. stamp tied by cds. "ПЕТРОЗАВОДСКАЯ СЕМСКАЯ ПОЧТА 16.9.12" to local picture postcard posted at the secondary Zemstvo post office in Ivina with oval violet seal "ПЕТРОЗАВОДСК. ЗЕМСК. ПОЧТА c. ИВИНА 15 CEH. 1912" alongside, a very rare and attractive card being one of only five recorded bisects, detailed certificate Prof. Greis AIEP (Schmidt 9)
