1872/73, Perforated issue 3 cents carmine-rose, nice fresh colour and well perforated, tied by target to not quite complete lettersheet with adjacent "ST. THOMAS 2/9 1873" to Christiansted. Entires with the rouletted issue are extremely rare; a very nice item
