1940, red machine meter frankings, official envelope with two machine meter marks "SUOMI * 150 FINLAND 654" and "SUOMI * 050 FINLAND 654", together with an offical invoice headed "XII OLYMPIADEN HELSINGFORS 1940", very fine, scarce
