1918/1928 accumulation of mint and used, comprising an album, one stock book, two booklets, numerous loose album pages and a quantity of stock cards, good coverage from Mi. 1 onwards in both conditions, some better included, duplication in places, noted Mi. 68 var. with Raybaudi cert., as well as mint Mi. 28l-31l signed by E. Diena, some gaps although many sets, additionally a selection of cancellations on piece, generally good to fine with several very fine.
1772/1983 three binder albums and three stock books, containing a collection of covers and mint and used material, one album predominately pre-philatelic covers, many clean examples with a number of fine straight-line handstamps and mileage mark, noted early Lille, Troyes and Agen, good range and selection of imperf. and perf. Cérès and Napolean on and off cover, several clean examples, small number of postal stationery and later covers, one stock book devoted to a cancellation study exclusively Yvert 22 on piece, also an accumulation of modern French Colonies material in mint never hinged condition, in additional there is a small book of used stamps including some sage, an interesting and varied collection.
1849/1995 extensive and specialised stamp and postal history collection, contained within nine albums, early material to 1906 in used condition is a comprehensive presentation of stamps Michel 1 to 100, excluding Michel 2, written up with pencil notes with shades and specialist listings noted, accompanied with a selection of usages on cover, many rare examples, mixed frankings, multiples, scarce cancellations, destinations, noted horizontal pair Michel 5 on 1850 cover to London, an 1855 wrapper from Le Havre to Vera Cruz franked with a strip of three Michel 13, also postal stationery, cards and picture postcards, a quite impressive study, then a gap until 1964 where the condition is mint, mostly never hinged, with complete sets and a quanity of covers and cards and French Colonies, in the main a fine to very fine assembly, many rare items, a substantial collection.
1849/2019, extensive, in the modern part mostly unmounted mint collection with a mostly used classic part. The main value lies with the unmounted mint post-war issues which is complete from the 1960s onwards in the main numbers, plus loose material with among others "Tresors de la Pihlatelie/Patriomine de France en timbres" 2014-19 (ten or eleven sheets complete). The condition is variously at the beginning, otherwise fine, neatly in seven albums.
1849/1939 Présidence black album, containing a mint and used stamp collection from early Cérès through to commemorative issues, includes an unused large four margin with part marginal to right 20 c. black, a mint Napolean 20 c. blue with four margins and marginal to right, very fresh colour, although does have a vertical crease and some gum wrinkles, mint set of the three Cérès Siege of Paris values, Yvert 36, 37 and 38, some minor imperfections, mint singles of the Napolean Yverts 27B and 30, also a mint Yverts 64, very well centred and fresh vibrant colour, some gaps early on, although numerous complete sets later, many fine to very fine examples with the occassional fault, a high catalogue value collection contained within an attractive album.
1849/2007 extensive mint and used stamp collection, comprising four large albums, largely complete after 1963, almost exclusively mint never hinged from 1964, includes Michel 1 onwards, with numerous good to medium values such as a defective Michel 32, also 144/51, 152, 176, 239, 321, sheet 3, all issues of the state debt repayment fund, a small selection of early covers, certainly five digit Michel value, a fine and valuable collection.
1849/1983 extensive collection of mint and used stamps, also a number of covers, initially partly mixed, presented in four large albums, begins Michel 1, from Michel 86 to 1986 some duplication, otherwise used, with lots of Cérès and Napolean, good range of colours/shades, possibly a treasure trove for the specialist, State Debt Fund, Airmail with Michel 321 used, post war era almost complete, noted many decent cancellations, some Council of Europe/UNESCO, Michel value certainly five digits, a fine collection.
1849/2005 accumulation of mint and used stamp, compirsing a collection contained in five albums, some modern covers also, begins with Michel 3 onwards, some gaps and duplication, mostly small values, with medium values in partial mixed condition, includes Council of Europe/UNESCO, high catalogue value, a useful assembly.
1849/2004, mostly used lot of collections and duplicates, including some colonies as well as Monaco, some covers etc.
1852/1872 assembly of covers, stamps and pieces, organised by GC and PC cancellations, around 190 examples, mostly 20 c. or 25 c. with a selection of values between Michel 9 to 55, in very differing condition, a useful lot.

1936/1941 Mint stamp collection, consisting of corner marginal blocks of four, mostly with print dates in margin, contained within a stock book, a good assortment of the issues during this period, some duplication, in the main prestine, scarce in blocks and especially so fine, an attractive collection.

1694/1900 Postal history collection of covers, comprising predominately franked mail between 1850 and 1898, good variety of single and mixed French frankings, with a broad range of destinations and origins, noted an 1877 envelop sent from Benuos Aires, Argentina to France franked with a combination of an Argentine 8 r. brown with superb margins, tied by a rectangular Buenos Aires cancel and a French Sage 1 f. tied by French Paquebot datestamp, sent by the French Post Office in Buenos Aires via Bordeaux, an 1880 printed wrapper franked with a Sage 30 c. tied by "PLACE DE LA BOURSE/PARIS" datestamp, also an 1868 wrapper franked by a Napolean 40 c. orange tied by the "5107" lozenge with a dotted circular "TUNIS" datestamp alongside sent to Lyon, an 1874 cover franked with Ceres 40 c. orange perforated issue tied by a "DE CAMBIO/BARCELONA" datestamp sent to Malaga and a pre-stamp 1694 lettersheet sent from France to Amberes, Belguim, an interesting and varied assembly, in mixed condition with several fine, a rare selection.
1828/1949 world cover and stationery collection in three albums, comprising over eighty examples, from Austria, Argentina, Denmark, France, French Colonies, Germany, German Levant, China and German occupation of Cameroon, Netherlands, Great Britain, British East Africa as well as Central Africa, British India, Italy, China, Russia, noted one cover dated 1856 from Fort Beaufort sent from the 45th Regiment in South Africa to Kent England, includes an 1949 wreck cover sent from Mauritius to Chicago, 1916 Prisoner of War Mail, an 1891 Azerbaijan to Tabriz franked with Russia 3 k. and 7k with transit marks indicating crossing southern Russia, 1926 Peking to Portugal Registered envelope franked with two China 2 c., 4 c. and a 6 c., an 1898 German marine mail mark on a Yantai, China 1/2 c. stationery card combined with German 1 p. red, condition is very mixed, although some fine and rare items, an excellent lot.
1849/1880 Selection of covers, contained within a large album, comprising Cérès, Napolean and Sage issues, includes four margin Cérès 20 c. black tied to a cover by a grill cancel in black with Bourgoin datestamp alongside 20th January 1849, within the first month of issue, also a four margin 25 c. blue tied by grill cancel in black with Jouarre cancel dated 20th July 1850, within first month of issue, also a scarce four margin 5 c. green single franking tied to a cover to Paris, an attractive 1863 printed illustrated Pharmacist wrapper band with Napolean 1 c olive tied by light strike of a circular datestamp, 1874 Registered cover from Le Havre to Paris franked wit perforated Cérès 10 c. and 80 c., many superb examples tied to clean covers, with numerous stunning cancels, also a very scarce combination cover dated 1872 with two 5 c. pale green, Yvert 35, and 10 c. bistre, Yvert 36, tied neatly by "2145" lozenge to Orléans, a number of insufficiently franked marks, many two and three colour combination covers, a most attractive collection, some faults but in mostly fine to very fine condition, a valuable and rare collection.
1849/1912 extensive classic cover collection neatly written-up upon album pages, Ceres and Napolean imperforate and perforated issues, as well Sage frankings, organised chronologically, with an excellent range of frankings, postmarks, instructionals, the odd registered cover and postage due marks and stamps, destinations predominately inland or continental, although noted 1856 cover to Ozan, Algeria franked with a Napolean 20 c. blue and an 1872 wrapper to Constantinople which has a maritime mark, also a very attractive and complete printed Religious Newsletter from La Rochelle and Saintes franked and tied with a very dark Napoleon 1c perforated oliver-green on greenish paper, the rare Toulouse/Central datestamp applied to an 1888 cover to Saliers du salat, a number of stampless cover, four which have the double-lined "25" tax mark in black dated 1850/1853 and one example of the "30", additionally a quantity of postal stationery, colour illustrated 30 c. Telegram cards, a number of rare datestamps one from Villmorin-Andrieux applied to the front of an 1894 printed invoice sent from Paris to Carcassonne, an unused 1870 Ballon Monte printed postcard with propaganda slogan in French and German, many other scarce and interesting examples, in mostly fine condition, a nice collection.
1849/1901 selection of seventy five covers, presented in a stock book, comprising mostly franked mail, noted an 1871 wrapper endorsed `Par Ballon Monté franked with Yvert 29B, an unfranked outer wrapper with a Réunion island backstamp and an envelope addressed to an Officer of the 6th Dragoons with letter sent from a hospital with interesting content, also a number of printed advertising envelopes, numerous Cérès and Napoleon head imperforate and perforated issues tied by an array of lozenge, star and grill cancellations, includes vertical and horizontal pair frankings and a combination of values, a good mix of destinations, condition mixed in places although many fine items, a scarce assembly.
1877/1902 selection of sixty covers, stationery cards and five fronts franked with the Sage issue, contained within a stock book, comprising many attractive combinations and postmarks, noted Yvert 54 used with Yvert 66 on 1877 cover from Saint-Dizier to Paris, as well as a Yvert 55 and 65 originating from the same town sent to Wassy, a Carte Postale card franked with a vertical pair of 5 c. green tied by multiple strikes of a black undated single small circle "OR", although faulty a rare rural example, several blue datestamps including superb Paris, a number of registered mailings and charge marks, a mixed condition lot with many rare covers.
NORWAY INCOMING MAIL: 1862/1906, group of seven covers and cards from France to Norway, nice range of frankings with Napoleon, Sage and Sower, incl. Mi.-Nr. 13 block of six on 1862 entire letter to Frederickshald with arrival on reverse; mixed condition
PARIS POSTAL PARCEL STAMPS: 1878/1926 (ca.), specialized group with better items like 1878 25c. and 50c. "Transport Parisien par Omnibus" used, mostly a fresh, fine and very scarce assembly for the specialist (ex Maury Nr. 1-116)
1887/1950 accumulation of mint and used stamps, contained within an impressive black leather bound vintage album, includes Indochina, China, Reunion, Guadeloupe, Martinque, New Caldonia, India, Wallis and Futuna Islands, quite patchy in the early periods and a little mixed, some sets for later issues, includes the odd mint never hinged stamp, although in the main used or hinged, respectable coverage for Reunion Island, hundreds of stamps, overall mixed with some very fine, a useful lot.
1887/1960 French Colonies Africa and Arab countries, accumulation of mint and used stamps, contained within two impressive black leather bound albums, early has gaps and generally used and a little mixed, some sets for later issues, noted mint never hinged although much used and mounted, country representation for both regions is fair, the odd better item, respectable quantity for Tunsia, Morocco, Syria and Senegal and others, many hundreds of stamps, patchy in parts, overall mixed with some very fine, a useful lot.
