5 c. rose brown, horizontal strip of 7 with ample to mostly large margins and parts of 5 neighbour stamps, and single copy, tied by target cancels to letter sheet with adjacent clear  red “SANTIAGO 6 AGTO 51” to Valparaiso; correctly prepaid for the letter up to 2 ounces.
