10 c. deep bright blue on yellowish paper, vertical strip of three with large margins at top and at base and partly shaved at sides, tied to cover with adjacent red "SANTIAGO 3 FEBRO 54" to Valparaiso. The cover slightly folded back at left, otherwise fine. A rare multiple of this stamp on cover; just one further strip of three on entire recorded.
