MAZAGAN – MARRAKESCH: 1897, 5 C. (3), 10 C. und 25 C. (2), mit violettem DKr. "MARRAKESH.." und handschriftlichem Einschreibe-Vermerk "N 316 Marakah", auf R-Brief über Mazagan, mit Ankunftsstempel der Privatpost vom 24.1.99, mit Mischfrankatur mit Deutsche Post 1899, 5 C. (2), 10 C. (4) und 25 C. (4), mit Stempel "MAZAGAN 30/1 99", nach Hannover. Leicht Beförderungsspuren, einige Werte durch Randklebung etwas fehlerhaft, 2 Werte rückseitig geklebt, davon ein deutscher Wert nachträglich entwertet durch Ankunftsstempel von Hannover und Blaustriche. Ein attraktiver und äußerst seltener R-Brief das deutsche Postamt in Marrakesch eröffnete erst im Juli 1900.. (Maury N1-3)

(3), 2 C., 5 C. und 25 C. mit violettem Brückenstempel "MAZAGAN 11 AVRIL 1913", auf R-Brief mit Mischfrankatur Deutsche Post 1911, 35 Cts. auf 30 Pfg., mit Stempel "CASABLANCA 13.4.13", nach Hamburg mit Ankunftsstempel sowie vorder- und rückseitig zwei verschiedenen Durchgangsstempeln der Scherifischen Post von Casablanca. Geringe Beförderungsspuren, 25 C. Kleiner Eckbug, sonst gute Erhaltung. Ein sehr seltener R-Brief. (Maury 27-29,31)

"Active Service - no stamps available", endorsment on postal stationery card Kamerun 5pfg. used as postcard with stamp image crossed out and handwritten notation "Cameroun" above, used with large blue "TRESOR ET POSTES AUX ARMEES" to Nimes, France with several transit marks on front and reverse, lengthy message describing the sender to be with the French Expedition in Edea on 23.01.1915, figting with the German troops etc., a rare and interesting card

1916, Military cover from "SOKODE 1.9.16" with senders endorsement "Corps d'occupation de Togo Correspondance militaire Lt. Ct. d' ? a Sansane-Mango" to St. Eugene, Algeria, reverse with several transit- and arrival mark, fine

1914/41, interesting lot of over 90 letters and cards, including a large group of subsequent issues, a large number of good postage paid items, including some interesting mixed frankings, registered mail, censorship, postal stationary, many different cancellations, four letters "On Active Service - Stamps Unavailable" etc., mostly good condition
