1883/1920 (ca.), extensive unused and mostly used collection with many covers, including Fiscals, highly specialized with some specimens, plate flaws, many interesting multiple and combination frankings with 1914 registered envelope with postal notice from Batum addressed to the political figure Kerenski, 1888 large envelope with the special “CHANCELLERY” postmark from the Director Office, 1898 mixed franking with Wenden, better destinations like Constantinople, Mi.-Nr. 98 with additional franking on inland money letter from Petrograd to Kiev, etc., together with some money letter, registered postcards, mute cancels, etc., some forgeries and dubious items noted, some occasional faults as to be expected, overall in good condition.
