1917/25, mint never hinged/unused and used collection with a few covers, including Control Exchange and Postage Dues, specialized with shades, plate flaws, overprint varieties, many multiples including large part sheets and panes, some with printer´s plate numbers, some better items with Mi.-Nr. 185A-B used, 214c unused, 165-168 unused in large multiples, etc., together with a fine group of covers, including a fine local postcard with mixed franking RSFSR and Soviet Union tied by cds “MOSCOW 12 10 23”, a few forgeries noted, some occasional faults to be expected, overall in very good and fresh condition, a few values signed Mikulski or Ebnet.
