1911, 1/4 anna carmine horizontal pair with double vertical perforation from the unique discovery sheet in which the 4th vertical column of perforation erroneously shifted over to the left yielding four pairs of imperf between horizontal pairs (SG 25b) and four horizontal pairs with double vertical perf. One of only four in existence.
