27 May 1921 homemade postcard with repair to top left portion from Barwani City to Palsud franked with 1921 ¼a green on soft wove paper perf 7. Manuscript date by sender "27 - 5 - 21" proves that the stamp was issued before the listed issue date of June 1921 by SG. Quite possible the earliest known usage of SG 3, certificate ISES 2021 (SG value £975)
