SAXONY - INDIA: 1867, postal stationery envelope coat of arms 3 ngr. brown with 2 ngr. blue and 5 ngr. grey blue, tied by cds. "FRANKENBERG 16/II 67", as part paid double rate cover to Trichinopoly, Madras presidency; prepaid till Alexandria and here charged with "2/-" for the conveyance to India with corresponding "St. Bg. Rs 1" applied at Bombay. 5 ngr. with bend and few short perfs where applied over the edge of the cover, otherwise fine. A rare part paid letter.
1867, Ganzsachenumschlag Wappen 3 Ngr. braun mit 2 Ngr. blau und 5 Ngr. graublau, mit DKr. "FRANKENBERG 16/II 67", als teilbezahlter Doppelfbrief nach Trichinopoly, Madras; bezahlt bis Alexandria und hier mit "2/-" für die Beförderung nach Indien taxiert mit entsprechendem "St. Bg. Rs 1" von Bombay . 5 Ngr. durch Randklebung Bug und wenige kurze Zähne, sonst in guter Erhaltung. Ein seltener Brief.
