1923/25, Unwatermarked on brownish paper, 10-15c. imperforated blocks of four, the latter with bottom sheet margin imprints, 3 values never hinged, the others unused, scarce and attractive multiples, 15c. few tiny brown spots, otherwise fine, signed Matuzas (PSL 190-91a)
