Bicoloured issue 2 sk. blue/grey with 'frame inverted', tied by numeral "238" with adjacent "THORSHAVN 22/8" (date inverted) to entire letter to Tveraa; a light horizontal cover crease affecting the stamp slightly, otherwise very fine and fresh. Only few local skilling covers are recorded and just 3 with the numeral cancellation, of which this is the best and most attractive one; certificates JKE (1992), Nielsen (1992) and C.A. Möller (1992)
