Published in London 1875, little stained, in good condition. Original document with 28 p. as English translation, as presented "to both Houses of Parliament by Commando of Her Majesty". Supplement of the UPU-treaty explaining the articles of the treaty in detail and fixing detailed regulations for assembling and handling of postal sendings. Remarkable document from the "birth" of the UPU, worth to be kept and examinated by every postal history specialist, an ideal addition to the preliminary lot.
