8 d. brown, outer frame line just touched at right, otherwise good to wide margins with part of adjoining stamp at bottom, together with somewhat cut-in 1 d. blue, tied by oval of bars to letter sheet, backstamped "GALLEÂ STEAMERÂ LETTER JA 19 1860" and "FORWARDED BYÂ JOHNÂ BLACK GALLE", to Glasgow with arrival mark of February 18; a fine and rare franking, certificate BPAÂ (1989).
