1 shilling slate-violet with clear to good margins, together with 3 copies 1 d. blue and single 6 d. purple-brown on white paper (these partly slightly touched), tied by oval of bars to letter sheet "Via Marseille" to London, backstamped "GALLEÂ STEAMERÂ LETTERÂ JY 16 1860", some light creasing affecting two 1 d.; a unique three-colour-franking, certificate RPS.
