JOHN NEW BRUNSWICK JA 12 1858" to Philadelphia with adjacent red "PAID 10" in circle; a fine and rare cover, only 7 bisects are recorded to prepay ½ ounce letter-rate to the United States, signed Holcombe with certificate (1993) and certificate Philatelic Expertizing (1994)
