1816, folded cover from India with handwritten endorsement "p. Zephyr Brig of War" via Plymouth with red oval "Ship Lre PLYMOUTH DOCK" (with "Ship Lre" cancelled), Kings post handstamp "INDIA PACKET LETTER LONDON G.P.O. 27.SE.1816" and manuscript tax "7/-" to London with arrival mark; since 1815 all covers from India had to be treated as packet letters, a very scarce combination of ship- and packett letter mark on one cover, ex Robertson
