"LUXEMBURG 10 9 79" to parcel card to Longwy in France; all stamps in fine condition, address on the card erased and partly redrawn, cancellations partly little improved; French tax stamps on reverse have been removed; still attractive and very rare, one of only two known parcel cards with five-colour-frankings, sign.
