"EWOIS 27 4 1866", 5 penni additionally cancelled with manuscript index number "13", to cover to Träskända with boxed arrival mark. The 5 kopeck stamp has been inadvertently been counted as 5 penni (although it is equal to 20 penni), thus overrating the cover by 15 penni.
