KAZANLAK: 1867, entire to Istanbul franked with 1pi and bisected 1pi of 1867, Dulos stamps and tied by KIZANLIK 81 (A&P type 3, R) handstamps. Incorrect rate taxed and fee collected with 1pi of 1865, Dulos postage due stamp and tied by Deraliye handstamp. Very unusual franking and rare usage of Dulos postage due stamps as postage due.
