1890, Partly prepaid (4 centavos) lettercard postmarked Ramallo (Argentina) August 24th and sent to Stockholm. The missing postage was 8 -4 = 4 centavos corresponding to 10 ctms. The postage due became 2x 10=20 ctms equal to 16 öre.
