1865, Cuza 20 pa. red, nice fresh colour and large margins, tied by clear grill obliterator in black and additional boxed "DUPA PLECARE" to recepisse with adjacent drapery postmark "JASSY 7 6 65". The form usual creases, one affecting the stamp; still fine and attractive.
