EGYPT - Saxony: 1868, envelope franked with 1867, 1 pia. red, tied by cds. "POSTE VICE-REALI EGEZIANE CAIRO 6 NOV. 68" and additional Austrian Levante forerunner 1864, 15 kr. tied by cds.
