1919, Liberation of Courland 10k. diagonally bisceted and 35k. tied by cds "LEEPAJA LATWIJA -7.10.20" to postcard to Riga with arrival mark on front, somewhat stained, very scarce with only few known, unlike the other pieces, this one shows the arrival cancel on the front side, certificate v. Hofmann BPP (1986)
