TALSEN (LATVIA): 10 kopeck brown & blue, clear to large  margins, tied by pen cross to small entire letter (dated inside "Pastensens (?) 22 März 58") with adjacent pre-philatelic double line "TALISIEN 22 MAR 1858", to Mitau with bilingual arrival mark. Some very minor toning, otherwise very fine. A very rare and attractive No.1-usage from a tiny village.  Certificate Buchsbayew (2014)
