NOVGOROD: 10 kopeck brown & blue, good to large  margins, tied by boxed pre-philatelic "NOVGOROD 16 APR"(1858) to envelope (small tear at right) to Moscow, with arrival mark. Very fine and rare; one of just 3 No.1-entires recorded from this city.  Certificates Mikulski (1993) and Buchsbayew (2014)
