1870/76, Luis 5 r. black, 10 r. yellow and 80 r. orange, tied by barred oval "219" to letter sheet with adjacent light cds. of Villa Nova de Portimao to Christiania, Norway with Lissabon transit mark on reverse; the 5 r. affixed slightly damaged and all three stamps somewhat squeezed due to the cancellation, still an attractive and rare cover to Scandinavia Provenance: Svein Arne Hansen (2007)

1868/70, imperforated issue 100 r. lilac with perforated 120 r. blue, tied by light numeral "51" with adjacent cds. "FUNCHAL 21/6 1869" to letter sheet via England to Port Medway, Nova Scotia, Canada; 120 r. slight filing crease and tiny foxing around the stamps, still attractive and scarce cover, certificate BPA (2008)

1858, Bull's head 54 par. green on greenish with enormous  margins all around, most likely from the upper sheet margin, cancelled by clear blue "PIATRA 17/10", absolutely flawless, a superb copy of this difficult stamp and one of the finest in existance; certificate Heimbüchler AIEP

108 par. blue on rose, large to enormeous margins, used with large part of clear blue "FOKSCHANI 1/9" (earliest known date for this stamp in Fokschani) and slight traces of crayon; on reverse tiny, virtually invisible paper layer, otherwise in perfrect condition, certificate Heimbüchler BPP

1872, Paris printing 10 b. blue, tied by red cds.of Botosani with adjacent boxed red "P.D." to lettersheet to Bucarest, fine and attracitve, signed Heimbüchler BPP

1926, 60th Birthday of Ferdinand I., 6 and 10 l., each as block of four fromt the lower left resp. upper right sheet corner, as color error "blue instead of brown-olive" and "red instead of blue", mint never hinged, scarce multiples, very fine 

1933, 3 l. castle Peles with green special cancel "BUCURESTI CONFERENCE EUROP. DES HORAIRES C.F. 12.OCT." on piece, fine, scarce

1857, 10 k. light brown/blue, wide margins all round, used, small corner bend, little toned spot, small pencil mark on front, otherwise fine
