1915, 3 ch. green & grey type of Persia, overprinted in black; horizontal pair on partially opened-out August 1915 cover; tied by Bouchir Depart cds, with green "GR/Opened/by/Censor" label, and re-sealed with Arabic label; multiple of a rare issue on cover, BPA certificate.

Bushire 1915: 6 ch. green & red-brown,Setting 1c., position 8, (SG 5) used on reverse of censored commercial cover to Shiraz tied by BOUCHIR (DEPART) datestamp in black and overlapped by "GR Crown / Opened by Censor" cachet with further Borazjan Rebel Reseal Censor on top. CHIRAZ ARRIVEÉ datestamp of receipt also on reverse of a rare cover. Opinion Holcombe (1997).

1915, 6 ch. brown-lake and green, no stop; setting 1A, Pos.9; on reverse of August 1915 cover, tied by Bouchir Depart cds; stamp covered by censor and re-sealing labels; handstamped with Isfahan arrival cds on front; rare variation on cover, BPA certificate.

1915, 2 kr. claret and green, overprinted in black; setting IIA/5; no watermark, perf. 11 1/2 x 11; unused, with large part original gum, BPA certificate.

"FREDERICTON MR 14 1853" on complete receipt for a registered letter to St. John

3 d. blue, 5 copies incl. different shades, one copy cancelled by pen cross (certificate Greene), all with good to partly enormous margins, some with small thins

1863, 24 c. pale green with wing margin at right, 12 c. pale blue and 4 c. slate with wing margin at right, tied by "B62" to folded cover with firm cachet "Jenny & Co. MANILA" and postmark "HONG-KONG OC.25.67" on flap to Langenau, Switzerland with arrival mark, red crayon "1/8", red handstamp "P.P. and "P.D." on front, fine, a scarce treaty port cover

1904/06, Edward 3-10 $, all with upper sheet margin, unmounted mint, very fine

1852, Scinde 1/2 a. blue, large even margins and fresh colour, neatly cancelled by diamont of bars, extremely fin, certificate BPA (2016)

1854, 2nd Printing 4 a. blue and red, two single stamps, cut to shape, tied by diamond of bars cancel to folded letter from "BOMBAY 10.AP.(55)" (on reverse) with red boxed "INDIA PAID" and French transit mark "INDES OR. 2 MARSEILLE 2 3.MAI.55" to Bordeaux and with arrival mark, French tax mark "10" cancelled and new handwritten tax "20" (Decimes) on front, fine

1856, 1/2 a. pale blue tied by diamond of dot "C/III" to folded letter with red handstamp "TOO LATE" and boxed "PONDICHERRY Paid 1857 Mrz.3" on rerverse to Karrical with arrival mark, fine

1865, 8 a. pale carmin on bluish and 8 p. purple, tied by blue octogonal "B/1" to mourning cover from Calcutta with black boxed "P.D." and French transit mark to Bern, Switzerland with arrival mark, fine, small tear at right, otherwise fine

1865, 2 a. orange, horizontal strip of 4, tied by diamonds of bars and pen stroke cancel to cover with handwritten endorsement "via Southampton" and red tax mark "2" via London and New York  to New Haven, cover with little tears and crease at margins, otherwise fine

Incoming Mail: 1861, French Napoléon 80 c. carmine, heavy cut into at top and bottom, tied by PC "3537" to cover from "VERSAILLES 18.DEC.60" to Lahore with arrival mark and forwarded with postmark "REDIRECTED LAHORE P.O. 20.JAN.61", red boxed "P.P." cancelled and red boxed "PD" on front, horizontal folded at top and crease

Used in Burma: "PROME APR 24"(1877) on registered envelope with India 1865, ½ a. and 2 a. (2),tied by diamond of barrs, with adjacent boxed register mark with manuscript "Prome 24 april 77" and clear "STEAMER LETTER G.P.O. CALCUTTA"; on front transit mark of Rangoon; fine and scarce

1883, Queen Victoria 10 c. slate and five single stamps 2 c. rose, tied by mute and red pen cancel to cover from "PENANG JY 22.88" to Cambridge with arrival mark, crease and opening faults on reverse

1883, Queen Victoria 6 c. violet, horizontal strip of three, tied by cds. "SINGAPORE DE.29.99" to registered cover with registered boxed "Singapore 29.DEC.99 No." to Tjimahi, Java with arrival mark, transit mark "N.-I. AGENT SINGAPORE 29.12.1899" on reverse, very fine, scarce
