LESKOVIK: 1901, registered overweight cover to Istanbul franked with two pairs of 20pa of 1892, coat of arms stamps and tied by LESKOVIK (A&P type 1, RRR) handstamps. On arrival block of 20pa of 1901 coat of arms postage due stamp applied for additional weight and cancelled. Only recorded postage due cover with Leskovik handstamp. SHKODER: 1871, entire by ship mail to Venice franked with bisected 2pi of 1871, Dulos stamp and tied by ISKODRA 81 (A&P type 3, R) handstamp. Carried by Austrian ship charged 15s marked by blue crayon and struck by ANTIVARI datestamp. On arrival postage due of 70c collected by Italian Post with 30c and 40c postage due stamps and cancelled accordingly. Certificate Turkish & Ottoman Philatelic Society

SHKODER: 1872, entire by ship mail from Venice franked with 60c Italian stamp and tied by 196 numeral and Venezia datestamp. At the border at Bar handed over to the Ottoman Post for internal delivery and PD (paid to destination) cachet crossed out. On arrival franked with bisected 10pa and 2pi of Dulos stamps tied by ISKODRA 81 (A&P type 3, R) handstamps. Certificate TFF

KAZANLAK: 1867, entire to Istanbul franked with 1pi and bisected 1pi of 1867, Dulos stamps and tied by KIZANLIK 81 (A&P type 3, R) handstamps. Incorrect rate taxed and fee collected with 1pi of 1865, Dulos postage due stamp and tied by Deraliye handstamp.
