ISTANBUL : All arabic postmark „Dersaadet 2“ (AP No.17, RR) on ottoman railways imprint envelope bearing bisect 5 Pia. blue and 20 Pa. redbrown postage due perf 13 ¼, very clear cancelled. The cover was not carried by Austrian Levant P.O. so the turkish Constanta / Danube route was used with 128 hours and correct 3 Pia. rate for Turkish P.O. Addressed to Deggendorf and redirected to Vienna with transit and arrival marks, blue crayon “7” & “10” alongside, several file folds and some crease, fine and very scarce, certificate TOPS
