"YCA", clear oval marking on small envelope with adjacent boxed "FRANCA" and blue seal "BATALLON LONTOE" on small cover to Valparaiso with arrival mark on reverse, fine and very scarce
Small collection on exhibition pages including 2 entires with Chilean stamps used in Peru and many different provisional cancellations on single stamps; an interesting lot
