1881, Overprint issue 1 centavo orange and 2 copies 10 centavos green, tied by clear lozenge of 40 dots to small orange evelope with adjacent "LIMA PRINCIPAL" as registered letter with oval "CERTIFICADO LIMA" to Genova, Italy with frontside clear "PANAMA-UNION PAQ. F.D.No.3 / 22 FEVR 82" and Paris transit mark "PARIS 15/CHARGEMENTS"; large part of reverse flap missing, the cover with fold affecting 2 stamps; despite the imperfections a cover of great beauty and rarity
