10 c. greenish-black, vertical strip of 3 with large even margins, tied by circle of 9 bars of Luxemburg to entire letter (side flaps not quite complete) to London; part paid to Ostende, erroneously applied "PD" crossed out, on arrival charged with "6" pence.
