Exhibit sheet with 1948  1a Devi Singh and 1a Ranjit Singh both perf 8½ complete booklet panes of four and a cover from Barwani City to Anjar franked with 1a Devi Singh perf 8½ from the 8th Printing tied by "BARWANI / 25 APR 48" cds and "ANJAR / 30 apr 48" cds. Cover repaired to enhance appearance. The 1a brown from the 8th Printing is rare used on cover as they were used for a very short span from early 1948 till the closure of the Barwani Post on 30 June 1948.

March 1945  2a rose-carmine from the wide setting (6th printing) complete booklet pane of four, top stamps hinged, bottom stamps never hinged. Only 400 stamps were printed, possibly the only known booklet pane of this stamp, certificate ISES 2021 (SG value £4400)

Registered cover from Pansemal to Barwani City with boxed registration strike on front franked on reverse with March 1945  4a olive-green from the wide Setting (6th printing) tied by "PANSEMAL / 5 MAY 45" cds and "BARWANI / 6 MAY 45" cds with year slug inverted. Note that only 800 copies of the 4 annas were printed from this Setting (SG value £210)

Exhibit sheet with March 1945  ¼a black and ½a yellow-green from the 6th Printing both in complete booklet panes of four and a wrapper bearing ½a yellow-green posted at the Printed Matter Rate. According to the exhibitor, this is one of only two known examples of Barwani Printed Matter wrapper.  

1945,  1/2 anna yellow-green complete booklet comprising of 8 booklet panes of four with white tissue with "32" in red crayon to indicate that the booklet contained 32 stamps, catalogue value as single stamps £240

Handmade cover from Pansemal to Barwani City franked with 1948  1a brown from the wide setting (8th Printing) tied by "PANSEMAL / 4 JAN 48" cds with "BARWANI / 3 JAN 48" delivery cds. The date slug is incorrect and the year slug is inverted. This is the earliest known usage of the 1a from the 8th Printing which, according to Barwani archives, was issued in 1948.The 1a brown from the 8th Printing is rare used on cover as they were used for a very short span from January 1948 till the closure of the Barwani Post on 30 June 1948.
