1856/62, Estancos, 10c pale slate blue, block of 4 in lovely clear shade, good to enormous margins, showing parts of adjoining stamps at left, used with target cancels A rare and very fine multiple, B.P.A. certificate (1992, mentioning a pin hole, which actually is a natural sand grain hole) (Scott 10h)
