The stamps applied at edge thus some short perfs at top, Norway is a rare Destination for an 1861 Issue cover, particularly franked with the 2-Cent Black Jack. Sent via North German Union Direct Mail at the 16c rate, which was only in effect from May 1st. 1868 through July 31st 1869
