Frasse Watchmakers, Jewelers, and Other Mechanics' Tools" via New York, transported by the "Weser II" of the NDL, and Bremen with boxed "BREMEN 11/2 68. FRANCO" and boxed accountancy mark "Weiterfr. 2 Sgr." to Geneva, Switzerland. A very attractive entire showing the scarce 15c. Rate via Open Mail via Bremen which was only possible between January 1st and March 30th 1868
