Fiscals and Local Issues, speciality material, inverted overprints, with some duplicates and many blocks, starting from the imperforate Hidalgo issues, also a fine part of local issues, together with a few entires and covers, a few forgeries noted. Some occasional faults as to be expected, overall in good and fresh condition, an interesting lot in one stockbook
