1862 (June): 6 parale rose red (shades) on wove paper, five examples with good to just touched margins on cover front, cancelled by "Tirgovistea" datestamps (Kiriac fig.354) in black. File fold between third and fourth stamps but a remarkable and extremely rare multiple franking of the 6 pa. to make the 30 pa. single rate. Signed Heimbüchler.

1862 (June): 30 parale blue, on wove paper, a very fine example showing some doubling of the frame lines, used on neat cover to Braila cancelled by "Bucuresci" cds in blue. Braila arrival on reverse, a very attractive cover.
1862 (June): 30 parale blue, on wove paper, selected examples (9) all with better cancellations: large "Franco Jassy" oval in black; small type in blue; framed "Franco Piatra" in black; two examples cancelled "Oltenita" cds´s; two cancelled "Slatina" cds´s etc. Condition varies but a scarce group.
1862 (June): 30 parale blue, on wove paper, selection (6 items) with single cancelled "Braila" cds in red (rare), singles on piece with one cancelled by scarce "Budeu" cds, covers (2) and a front cancelled at Waslui.
1864 (Sept): Plate printed 3 pa. orange, 6 pa. red and 30 pa. blue in mint original gum blocks of four.
3 pa. orange yellow, wove thin paper, a superb mint sheet of 32 with central stamps vertically tête-bêche and further six pairs with one stamp turned sideways; a fresh and fine sheet with large part original gum.
Scarce.
6 pa. carmine, complete sheet of 32 subjects with central rows tête-bêche vertically or sideways. A fresh and fine mint sheet with large part original gum.

30 pa. blue, a fine example in a deep shade used on "Retour Recepisa" cancelled by framed "Franco Berlad" handstamp (Kiriac fig. 302) in black with "Berlad/Moldova" cds at right (18/12). Fine and attractive item. Signed Heimbüchler.
30 pa. blue, a fine example on 1864 entire letter to Tirgovistea, tied by "Bucuresci" cds in black (9/10). Repeated strike at right and reverse with Tirgovistea arrival (11/10) cds, very rare on letter. Signed Heimbüchler.
30 pa. blue, a fine horizontal pair on 1864 cover to Bucharest neatly tied by "Giurgiu" cds in black (Kiriac fig. 345), repeated strike at left (24/10) and reverse with Bucharest arrival (26/10). The 30 pa. blue plate printed is very rare on letter, especially so in a multiple. Signed Heimbüchler.

1864 (Sept): Plate printed issue, the mint collection on album leaves with 3 pa. yellow mint (10) and two additional tête-bêche pairs (signed Heimbüchler); 6 pa. with mint tête-bêche block of four and no less than 6 complete sheets in varying shades; 30 pa. blue with tête-bêche pairs (7) a block of twelve and a complete sheet of 32. A fine lot with viewing recommended.
1865: Essays for the Prince Cuza issue for imperforate 5 parale value (6), unadopted, lithographed on ungummed paper; printed in red, lilac, brown, pale brown and blue.
1864: Prepared for use but unissued, the set of three values with 2 parale brown, 5 parale blue and 20 parale red in matching marginal blocks of six; and a further two sets in blocks of four; also blocks of 29 of the 5 pa. and a block of 14 of the 20 pa. A fine group.
1865/66: Essays (4) printed on white wove paper without value denominated, showing Crowned Eagle and Posthorn with imprint at base ´M.R.F.´; in green (two shades), red and brown in small sheet formats. Scarce. Cohen fig.1.
1865/66: Essays (6) imperforate with Lion embossed vignette denominated in parale but without figures, printed in brown on thick paper, in pale brown, grey green, rose and blue on thin paper; and a sheetlet with two prints in blue (one reversed). An unusual group. Cohen fig. 3.
