1851, 3 pence dull red, diagonally bisected with 6 pence olive-yellow, margins somewhat touched, tied by grid to letter sheet from "ST. JOHN NEW BRUNSWICK MY 30 1859" to Hull, showing on reverse arrival mark of 13.6., fine and scarce, certificate BPA
6 pence olive-yellow, full to wide margins all around, in combination franking with Nova Scotia 1859/60, 3 pence blue in horizontal pair, tied by grid cancel to "Money letter" (3 side flaps missing) with red "Registered No. ..." from "ST. JOHN NEW BRUNSWICK AP 30 1856" to Halifax Arrival mark of May 3rd; some faint cover creases, one vertically through the center of the pair; the lower right corner of the front has been added and one 3 pence with small repair, nevertheless a very attractive and extremely rare mixed franking, certificate Wolfgang Jakubek (1973) and BPA
