"JASSY 6/3" to large part of newspaper "Tribuna.." with adjacent "D.P."; the stamp with some paper around it was almost completely torn out of the newspaper, but carefully re-enforced, small part of the cancellation at bottom redrawn; the stamp tiny tear at right.
