SEMI-POSTAL STAMPS: 1922, Hunger aid in the southeast 2000-6000r. red and green with additional franking, tied by cds. "НОВОЧЕРКАССКЪ -8.7.22" to front and reverse of correctly franked registered cover to Braunschweig, reverse with transit- censor and arrival mark, the stamps where invalid but accepted by the postal authorities, as had been done with the other covers known from this town. The sender of this cover has later been sentenced to death because of stamp dealing with other countries, two punchholes at left affecting one stamp of additional franking, otherwise fine, a very rare and interesting cover, detailed certificate Mikulski
