AL-ULA: 1907, postal stationery card to Hamburg, Germany struck by ELULA MEVKIFI POSTA SUBESI HATTI ALI (19) AGUSTOS 323 (A&P type 1, RRR) negative seal used on Hejaz Railway alongside Dera transit cds. Usually found as commemorative cancellation and genuine usages are very scarce.
