1921, registered cover franked with Merson 1 fr., from the French Military post office "TRESOR ET POSTES 506" to a russian officer in Michaud (near Bizerta), the cover could not be delivered, reverse with transit marks of "SANITARY BRANCH" of the Army in Constantinopel, openend out for display and few paper folds at top, a very attractive and rare entire
